Holibaugh & Associates was founded by Fran Holibaugh in 1981 and have offices in Pittsburgh, Pa, and Houston, TX. We have had offices in Pittsburgh, PA since 1987. From our Pittsburgh headquarters will recruit and serve clients and candidates on a national scale.
Over the last twenty years Holibaugh & Associates designed programs and services as well as employment opportunities that have helped people of all skill levels whose jobs were lost due to automation, mergers, cutbacks, re-organizations, early retirement and similar economic pressures.
